Had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Miss Katy B the other night, while photographing her gig in Leeds. British singer-songwriter Katy B combines pop with R&B, house and dubstep influences to create her own signature sound. The 22-year-old’s debut album, ‘On a Mission,’ with songs like ‘Easy Please Me’ and ‘Katy On a Mission’ have made her one of the most buzzed-about singers in music today.
Not gonna lie, but it was the first time I'd been to a gig from this genre of music. My verdict- I LOVED IT! I thought she absolutely smashed it, with a amazing stage presence and voice to match.
Of course my eldest daughter now thinks I'm totally cool, as she is slightly obsessed with this track, probably because she has a friend called Olivia also.
